CORDURA® NYLON in 1000 Denier, Made in USA

1000 Denier CORDURA® is the same high quality fabric found in the big name backpacks. This rugged American fabric is made from Invista's™ acclaimed, patented high performance polymer, designed for superior strength and abrasion resistance. Factory coated with a sprayed on, one half ounce per square yard, Polyurethane coating on one side for water resistance. In our opinion this 1000 Denier grade CORDURA® is ideally suited for the outside of heavy duty bags and packs, where slightly less flexibility is desired.

If you are going to put the time into making your own equipment, you might as well go with the highest quality, most durable material you can get. We also carry 500 Denier CORDURA® Fabric Cut to order in One Yard increments. A water resistant fabric Can be cut using regular scissors, and sewn with a regular sewing machine, however, depending on the power of your machine, slow stitching speeds may be required. See illustration to the right for CORDURA® Colors No refunds after order is cut. One Yard = 60" wide X 36" long (Approximately)

Ironing this material is not recommended.
